The Wheat Factor
What makes this bourbon hit different? Two words: Winter Wheat. While most distilleries use just a touch of wheat in their mash bill, we cranked up the Walla Walla Winter Wheat proportion for a dramatically smoother sip with way less bite than those corn-heavy traditional bourbons.
As Rusty Caldwell, our Master Distiller puts it: “This isn’t your standard bourbon profile. You’re getting honey, oats, graham cracker notes, and this beautiful vanilla finish that’s surprisingly smooth considering the proof.”
