We listened to our customers who told us: “I love your cocktails, but they’re too boozy for me to have more than one or two.” That’s why we crafted this lighter, more crushable option at just 7% ABV – perfect for extended sipping sessions without sacrificing the quality and authenticity you expect from 503.

We’ve also reduced the sugar content, creating a clean finish that keeps you coming back for more. The result is bright, citrusy, and impossibly refreshing – exactly what you want as we head into the warmer months.

As a proud Oregon-based distillery, we’re committed to quality. Our journey to create the perfect Paloma began with premium ingredients – real tequila from Jalisco, Mexico forms the foundation, complemented by white grapefruit, lime, and a lemon-lime soda base.

This isn’t just any canned cocktail – it’s a meticulously crafted expression that started as a club release last November. The response was so overwhelmingly positive that we knew we had to share it with a wider audience, if only for a limited time.

Allocated and Limited – A First for Canned Cocktails

Think outside the bottle and embrace the exclusivity of our first-ever allocated canned cocktail! While allocated releases are common for premium whiskeys, this concept is virtually unheard of for canned cocktails. As pioneers in the craft cocktail space, we’re excited to bring this exclusive approach to our Grapefruit Paloma.

Only 450 cases exist, distributed to 64 select liquor stores across Oregon from Baker City to Cave Junction, with a small reserve available at our Portland lounge. Once they’re gone, they’re gone – at least until next year. With 80% expected to sell out by the end of May, you’ll need to act fast!
